If this happens...why have laws in the first place? Clinton/Gore wanted and got 1,000,000 +++ immigrants in 1996 (instead of the usual 500,000 legal immigrants, and not counting the illegals, PLUS the refugees, which account for four times as many or more as the legal immigrants admitted...) And again, this happened in 2000. Isn't it interesting that both those two years happened to be Presidential election years? And isn't it interesting that Gebhardt is starting now, in the hope that this "bill" of "his" will be law by 2004.....
