sox rocked today, but watch out sox much weaker than most groups today down to almost 305 today. one would have charted that the sox should have held on long term support at about 350. however when i look at a channel from march 2002 until now, it looks like 300-305 is the bottom of that channel today. so unless the sox is going to 200 in short order, the sox may surprise here and move up. if today is a fakeout in the sox to the downside, shorts are going to get very nervous if the sox does not move smartly down from this level very soon.
