Interesting little side bar developing at LVLT. While suffering cash crunches that required extra-ordinary approaches into borrowing, that resulted in a 9% issue to Warren Buffet and friends. LVLT has gone out and offered to buy out Williams communications. Is the Oracle of Omaha trying to turn LVLT into the "consolidator of the telecom industry??

If so, then this move, which most pundits would be perceived as a step in the wrong direction, may side with LVLT and believe Buffet is issuing direction.

Normally you would expect a move like this to create volatility in the stock...we shall see
