Can you point me to the wording they're supposed to sign? I want to see if it even makes sense, or if they're being asked to swear to knowledge they can't possibly have.

Dear John: From what I understand the signing purely means that to the best of the signers knowledge and believe their is no fraud in the financials and that the accounting treatments being used are within the parameters of normalcy for the industry they are in. I dont see where thats any different then signing the 10q and 10k so I dont know what the big deal is. I agree with you SCOTT GET WITH IT. Sign the damn thing. JDN

He'll sign, and sign on time. And any necessary new disclosures will be minor or even trivial. I have watched the most talented CEO's since I started investing. They all share the characteristic of enjoying running off at the mouth. It has no effect on their abilities, it's just a habit they seem to have...
