I think they are borrowing from the treasury and buying their own stock or something -- how friggin' ridiculous -- BKX is going to go green -- LOL.

The danger here, if you are long, is that this move is only a tiny 'c' up to complete the correction we began at the last small up move.

The correction would count like this:

'a' up: began at lunch time low the 22nd
'b' dn: into today's opening low
'c' up: now

I am looking at XMI here (non-tech). The target for such a 'c' is not very high -- around 856 or so (the previously mentioned 8070) in the Dow. Unless that is taken out with some vigor, this don't mean anything.

Of course, I am hoping it is more than just a tiny 'c', but hope and a quarter gets you you know what.
