that doesn't mean they did anything illegal. it could be they merely counted on the fact that most equity analysts are lazy ignorant twits who wouldn't recognize a problem if it were wrapped in barbwire and shoved up their collective azzes. so as long as it didn't show up in 36 point type on page 1 in a cartoon bubble with arrows pointing to it....
