First your assertion of false accounting is bogus. The options were accounted for and in the reports. It was and is legal. The sales of equipment depended nada on options. The gov't received their revenue when the options were exercised. The facade is pretending that Washington can fix anything. They can't or won't even enforce the laws that are already on the books. Who gives a flying fuck if they make penalties stiffer if they don't prosecute anyone? The crooks are the ones on the street pushing everything and they slap them on the wrist knowing they'll get campaign contributions later on.
