LLCF - Candlestick lore has it that three black crows are among the more reliable formations. Bearish for the goldies, which in turn implies under at least one theory that it's bullish for US equities in the sense that the US$ should no longer be falling. If OTOH you're in the US deflation camp, it may instead be signalling that we're all going to hell in a purple handbasket, gold included. That would make this little Dow uptick just another in a long series of profit-booking short covering upticks along the slippery slope into the toilet. I'm not smart enough to know which is correct at this point. I remain open-minded to either interpretation as I watch this drama unfold
