There is still a very good chance that this move is over right here. I was debating a hold, but when I saw it pop so hard I knew it was time to get the hell out. Question in the larger picture if we do make a new low now, is whether or not this finishes the '3' per last night discussions.

There are many charts, primarily the banks, where it would be very odd if this pop were a complete move. Much, much ore likely that it is the start of a multi-day move. Still, the banks are the exception. Most other charts, particularly tech, look like they want new lows.

In any case, not enough damage was done today to change the view that the IT low is *not* in.
