Yes, I saw this and it looks like they have aligned with Forzani now in addition to Loblaws and Walmart, price looks pretty attractive...

I put out a question earlier on these REIT's and I still am not certain of the answer...
How would it be different between taking out a mortgage to buy a REIT like RIOCAN and/or a shopping mall and hiring a property manager?? I see the risk as less, but if I look at it that way I buy $200K of Riocan, if I look at it as a stock I usually do not go higher than $20-25K per holding.
