You never answered my question: Are you claiming some new sort of political reality wherein the reining President ultimately *won't* be held responsible for what happens on his watch?

As far as your statement "Your inference is insulting and not constructive", I don't know what 'inference' you are referring to... can you spell it out?

And, your statement "At what point are you able to make the leap of logic that I am contending Bush will not be responsible for his administration?" leaves me confused. It appears to say that the current President will not be responsible for 'his administration'.

What in the heck kind of claim is that? Surely you don't believe that?
