well i managed to get my bay shares back at a price lower than BEFORE the merger...if only i was smart enough to have taken a similar holiday on my hgmcy position...

Do you have a link about the water rights situation with Bay? Would that not affect the exploration sector in Mexico or is this short term or just Bay related?
