I think Fraud might do an end around on the evasive personal bk laws.

Personally, being sneaky of course, I'd be real quiet. Let him finish the house. Furnish it. Move in. Bringing all his toys. AND THEN go after the whole entire setup.

I lurk here and realy appreciate everyone's input and knowledge. Florida's homestead law requires that the property be your principal residence on January 1st in order to qualify and thus be excluded from creditors. The house that the WCOM exec is building is not occupied and thus does not get protection.
