MONSTER RALLY "if" we get follow-through for a second and then 3rd day. It's been best to buy scary dips of quality companies when the Market is tanking and best to sell when any significant rally occurs. Odds are we should all be selling HERE NOW, if not already, and I have sold a bit. But then again if we ever get follow-through for a second and then a 3rd day, watch out! The rally could be a monster with shorts scared out of their minds. If it happens (and it will at some point) we'll see HD and RTN back in the mid-30's, MSFT in the low 50's, ITRI back to $18-20, SCHL back to $40-45, etc. (i.e. back to month ago levels or more).
