So far it looks promising.

Joe, yes it does.........funds usually start their redemptions around 2 PM ET. Today, the market actually went up around 2. In addition to being green, it would be very bullish if we close at the high.

Interesting note: the VIX which measures volatility/fear in the markets has been very high of late; usually over 50. According to CNBC, when the Dow rallies, typically, the VIX will fall back down from its high. That hasn't happened today.
