Question for the board

At what time today was the "turning point" for the Dow, and why do you think so? i.e. indicators, waves, trendlines, etc.

Obviously the turning point was at the LOD, but I don't mean that. At the time we we're there nobody had an idea of whether we'd go lower or higher or wherever. What I'm asking is what indicated to you (and at what time) that the Dow had turned? Please specify the timeframe of whatever chart you use to frame your answer.
