Fred, the small guy screws up again by turning short too late!

I don't mean to be cruel, but I have to shake my head and even chuckle a little that just when the majority of the small guys go short, this happens.

Tomorrow is going to be so crucial. We are fairly close to some resistance points on the Naz and Dow, but I am holding a few positions regardless. I think the Power Players figured they could make more money by starting a rally and panic out the same small guys they've been panicking out who were "long" the last 2 years.

Stock like HD, RTN and others could easily tack on further multi-point gains because most don't think the rally will continue. But if it does, if it DOES...

That said, who knows about tomorrow.

NAME CHANGES IN THE NEWS --- Global Crossing is changing its name, effective immediately, to Global Embalming (second choice was Global Crossing Over With John Edward)

Adelphia is changing its name to Unhealthia UnCommunications (on the advise of the Rigas's lawyers to remain silent).

Enron is changing to SpendOn (Until We Get Caught) Inc.

Tyco is changing to Dennis "the Menace" Koslowski, Inc. (with a not-so-close second choice, Tyco a Yellow Ribbon 'Round The Ol' Board of Directors' Eyes, Inc.);

Worldcom is changing its name to Enron, because they never were too bright and they could get the name cheap. A second choice, Bernie: All Alone with All My Loans, Inc. was quickly rejected.

***

You know folks, sometimes a fresh start begins with a simple, effective name change that better represents the current Company. Don't ya think?
