AOL AOL Time Warner says SEC is conducting "fact-finding" inquiry (11.40 -0.15) -- Update --
During their conference call, CEO Richard Parsons says the SEC is conducting a "fact-finding" inquiry into the issues raised recently by the Washington Post; however, he says auditors approved the transactions cited in the report, and the co informed the SEC of these prior to the story being published.
