Bcrafty, I'd say the VIX spike to September levels was a good clue of a reversal on the way. I'm sure many shorts decided to cover off this. Also, C down to the lows 20s is plain ridiculous. That's a 40 buck stock again once the smoke clears.

bcrafty - clearly it was my call of a short term low when the indices were still bleedy hard ...... seriously - about 10:30 when the 5 min ma crossed the 20 min ma to the upside - stayed above it for the rest of the day
