bubbles are a lot like addiction to drugs & alcohol

in AA we have a real strong belief that if you ever ask or wonder about the possibility of having an addiction problem...
THEN YOU HAVE AN ADDICTION PROBLEM

if the financial markets ever ask or wonder about the possibility of having a bubble...
THEN YOU HAVE A BUBBLE

the actual questioning or wondering is almost always based upon the existence of the addiction or bubble

I remember in Jan-Feb 2000, some raised the possibility that Naz was a bubble that would go the way of the Great Japan Bubble Nikkei
it did

they are asking a lot of questions about a Real Estate bubble now
to a lesser extent questions about Treasury bubble

WE GOT A REAL ESTATE BUBBLE, FOR SURE
we might have an early Trez bubble
by 2004-05 it will be painfully clear

Don’t bet the rent on technical analysis

Common sense sits head and shoulders above even the most widely accepted charting strategies. Here are the numbers to prove it.
