Miyamoto cooks in the Shanghai style. Iron Chef Chin, on the other hand, is a Szechuan style chef and also won the silver award for cooking. These two chefs are destined to be rivals and will square off here in the Kitchen Stadium. Comments: A very intense kind of battle. Chin looked really sweaty at the end and everyone was running around at top speed. Miyamoto commented that he felt a bit rushed during his hour. This episode also marks Chin's 11th consecutive win.
