My best guess is that Ish is layin' low regarding his weaponry and 9,000 rounds of ammo lest he be labeled and identified as some kind of nut-case terrorist.

For him to declare that he is not armed is ludicrous. He was just bragging a few months ago how he always carries a "piece" in his SUV.
