Windsock, he knows the difference between Intel's CEO and Chairman. That wasn't his point......his point was that Andy Grove was unhappy with the law and would not sign if he had to.

There have been several high level executives complaining about this new law. Recently, TYC is said they don't think they can sign by 14 Aug.........what a bunch of bull!

I think Grove and others are complaining in an effort to get the law modified......they don't like its requirements. There is also talk that the US will restrict American companies from putting their headquarters offshore to avoid taxes.

The writing on the wall is clear........Congress will be passing more restrictive legislation against corporations and the Andy Groves of the world understandably are p*ssed.
