Larry,
Hi!!

RE: I for one believe that if it weren't for the anti-trust laws, Dell would crush GTW. Further, now that Dell has decided to enter the printer market, I think HPQ is going to find that they no longer dominate this market. Yes, we do live in interesting times.

It was quite sometime ago that I got the chance to sneak into a DELL exhibit for their customers and potential customers...Had a great time and the opportunity to not only hear Michael speak but more informatively hear the IT managers from some of the corporate accounts or future accounts...The education was thick and great to learn...Basically, DELL (at the time) didn't have this and that but what they did have they loved and these IT guys only wished that DELL could provide the same experience with storage, service, etc...Well, DELL is getting there in the storage and the service...What I didn't hear anyone mention would be the printing end and what that would do...I've heard some nice things from a few sales folks in Austin as to what they believe it will do for them...The more I think about it...I am beginning to wonder what it will do to HWP/CPQ...

Best, Kemble
