Traficant's out. Only Condit voted in his favor (the Democrats' lack of shame is transparent after the 2000 failed fraud). One MORE seat for the Dems to overcome to grab the House. They are no doubt out at their mosques tonight praying for a less-than 100 DOW, and possibly a massive, world-wide crop failure, just for insurance...
