Has to be, otherwise how could they be showing a profit when the market falls. So it is a hedge-fund in disguise.

Very strange, because it was my understanding that "investment" in hedge funds was regulated by legislation to certain people only and for prescribed minimum periods and that hedge funds were not open to the general public, as this one is.
