You should read the book on how Jeff Vinik of former fidelity fame controlled the Amzn float...at the beginning of the 1998 bubble.

Let's say that is true for the sake of argument. I do not agree but that is irrelevant. What about valuation? How much do you expect they will make and how long will it take to pay of the $2 billion in debt with the kind of profits you are projecting?
