Hi George,,, Following is the web site: nysd.uscourts.gov On the main page go to "Court Web" , then to "on-line" rulings, and District Court of Southern District. and under Judges "Judge Robert Sweet". Put in the case # 00-cv-04664, and put in a starting date a few months ago. I would start with at least 04/01/02 and print out the Judges Order dated April 17,2002. Hard to believe that it has been almost 7 years "(August 28,1995) since the SEC began an informal investigation of DCI". page 1. Best Regards --Ed Pettee
