The Journal has an excellent story today about global IT spending. It's over. No recovery, no hope. And ope about the Xetra Dax? DOWN! And Japan? Down. The handwriting on the wall is so clear, even LG could read and understand

The trapped, weak-handed longs are already giving back 43 cents on the qqq. I wonder if that will be the HOD? The Naz is going down. Second-half recovery scenario is toast. Old economy stocks are the only place to make money.
