Hi Murrey,

I have also been on the sidelines in cash the past 12 to 18 months. As I have watched this market unfold, it first appeared to be very similar to 1987. More recently it is looking more like 1929. I know a lot of people who are getting out or have gotten out and many if not most are investing in real estate. From what I have read, this was a very similar scenario to 1929. What happens to real estate when interest rates start back up again, which they will have to eventually. If real estate's bubble takes a hit, what is left??? Worrisome times to say the least.

Just my two cents worth; actually make that one cent worth.-ng

Later,
Joel
