In case anyone was wondering why VZ converted "all
but one" of the Class B shares of GENU into Class A
shares... the reason that retaining one Class B share
gives Verizon a one-time ability to maintain its
ownership in Genuity at or near the 10 percent level.
for example, if Genuity issues more stock, diluting
Verizon's ownership, the conversion of this final share
will restore Verizon's stake to a 10 percent level.
