My understanding is that a counter-trend rally have a 3-6 month shelf life, whereas a cyclical bull market could have a 1-3 year duration (longer-term). IMHO that's a reasonable definitional non-calculus differentiation. It is going to be very interesting to watch the timing of his call, for sure. He said on the radio it will first appear at his website bulletin area. P :-)
