<<Depends on the SEC investigation...if there are WCOM-Enron-like accounting "irregularities", it could go to nothing.

I dont think we have to worry about that too much....AOL has been very forethcoming with the SEC....In fact, they stated they were happy this was happening and they were not worried at all about their accounting practices and were looking forward to getting this out of the way...everybody in the investement world knew that eventually they would look at AOL, as it is so large and complicated......AOL said they are happy, ready to comply and "lets get this over with quickly"....sounds like a company that is not too concerned that the sec will find anything major and is eager to get it done and over with.......in any event...anything is possible, but I would be surprised if they found MAJOR fraudulent activity within their accounting....not saying they dont come up with something...but I just dont think they will find anything major........with this in mind...at what price does aol become a buy.....if sec announces they found little to nothing....aol will be back at $20 in a blink...wouldnt you think.....so, at what price now, does aol become a buy.....getting whacked today...I am tempted as I know how these can snap back quickly...but am weary at the same time....dont need anymore $10 stocks that fall to $1.50.....
