Jim, I won't touch NHP yet, though 15.02 is a very good price. I like NHI and NHR though. NHI looks like it should be way above 15 to me based on the earnings. I got stopped out on everything now. I kept 20-50% of the positions I established yesterday in KIM, NHI, EOP, EQR, ASN, BXP, CRE, SIZ, and HIW. I cleared out of GRT completely. There were many other opportunities, but I couldn't catch them all as the market was moving soooo fast yesterday.
