I think it was pointed out somewhere (I think in some AMD FAQ) that x86-64 version would not be part of the version to be released at the end of 2002 / beginning of 2003. Therefore, x86-64 is not part of RC1. BTW, Datacenter edition is not part of RC1 either.

As far as client edition, there is going to be a release before LongHorn, apparently, XP 2nd edition, or something like that, which could be a possibility.
