None unless you are looking for a short.

I am not sure what you mean but the it is a negative value unless you have enormous increases in property. The increase aids one end but the wages scale either has to escalate at an alarming rate or property values must come down.

In the case of Ca less than 27 percent of populous looking for homes have incomes high enough to qualify for standard mortgage.
Wages are increasing but the cost of housing running up at at 25% is not in line with wages.
