I believe MS has announced previously. They do not have to repeat themselves.

The stock is down today because one house reported that Bill did not sound inspired in his speech. I think he is just tired of Junkie.

Who says? >>>these historically low levels. <<< Not me. If Bill resists all these calls for stock re-purchase I will give him one kudo...and that "kudo" will be the first I have given him since 1998. In the meantime...how many X-boxes can I buy on Ebay for ballast in my sailboat? I need to top off - I have been using cell phones from NOK and ERICY along with another useless product, pennies.
