What a novel idea, an insurance product to spread the risk around that your CEO and CFO are crooks. Kind of a cross between FDIC and a surety bond. I'd love to help do the wordsmithing on the definition of what constitutes a crook.

Let me guess.... the insurance companies would like to write this business for -ahem- a reasonable premium, just like the days when D&O liability was all the rage
