Most people say they won't pay what it costs to deliver cable BB. That is the main driver for the Net. Without it CSCO is a piker with lots of competition everywhere and no true propriety except presence. CSCO isn't currently valued properly under that assumption. It's valued based on extrapolating the past into the future, but where are the subs?
