If tony had shorted, profited... it would have been in the indictment. All they posted in the indictment was that he tried to close out his kids trust accounts. If there were others found to have had preknowledge who used that info to profit, there would be lawsuits to that effect now yet there aren't. Originally the media said that the terrorists shorted the markets knowing what would happen after 911. They were never able to prove this.
