Dont fully understand. If it would work why would they not push it? Their reasoning is that this would put more money in the hands of the rich. The richer you are the more tax you are supposed to pay is the way of the free world. The problem is that it is the rich that keep the economy going not the poor. i.e. IT and corporate spending has stopped and so has the economy. The big money stops spending and the poor and middle class suffer. I say put the money back into the hands of the corporations and get the economy flowing once again. Ron Dior
