There's a truckload of evidence out there...The Justice Dept. should play hard ball and threaten those that worked for them to get the appropriate testimony to prove things. Its amazing how quickly we can convict killers, drug dealers, and terrorists. Folks like Kenny Boy get to buy THE BEST lawyers that money can buy and tie things up in the legal system for years -- that needs to change and now. Phil Donohugh had a very interesting live discussion last night with former Enron employees -- on his panel in Houston he had Ralph Nader, Molly Ivans and the lead fraud journalist for The New York Times...There's A LOT of frustration out there and most folks think that big business has bought Congress and uses Lobbyists to mold and shape the laws to their advantage...Innocent people that lost jobs and their retirement savings deserve justice - we need to see 'The Ken Lay's of the world' brought to justice...Bush should be as committed to doing that as he is to going after Bin Laden...=)

Thank you, I'm sick of people saying "Bad Corporation!" - it should be "Bad Person!". Those companies are full of people who make the gears move and the wheels turn. When they do wrong stuff, they know what they are doing, or it would not get done correctly. This has to do with the moral/ethical environment of our society. For the same reason that people stood by and let it happen in their company, we will all stand by and let it go unpunished in our country. We can only fix this by growing new honest kids in good families and schools which stress integrity as the glue that holds us together. Dream on.
