someone who has decided that a judge will make a decision on the MSFT anti-trust case based on how the stock market is doing.... is not very bright, and knows nothing about American government..... which qualifies you highly for the cubical you are sitting in over at Redmond.....

The DOJ rolling over on the remedy may have been political, but not the original suit, which resulted in a finding of illegality that was affirmed on appeal.
