CFO resignation alert 16:13 ET JDSU JDS Uniphase reports Q4 results; CFO to retire (2.53 -0.48) Reports Q4 (Jun) pro forma loss of $0.03 per share, revenues fell 63.1% year/year to $222.0 mln vs the $209.3 mln consensus; also announces that Anthony R. Muller, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has advised the Company of his plans to retire by the end of the first calendar quarter of 2003 -- anticipates net sales for the first quarter of fiscal 2003 will be $200 to $210 million "as the downturn in the company's markets continues" -- consensus estimate is $210 million.
