Good thing is they didn't spend very much

uhh, you seem to not know that their whole portfolio looks like this, and they are spreading it out over many many quarters, these one time charges are starting to be a quarterly event, they've done it for three or four quarters now, and it is no where near finished.......

they are not even half finished..... they are doing it slowly so you shareholders don't have a heart attack..... although other things will probably not be that helpful to your heart.....

"Good thing is they didn't spend very much."

Didn't they take a "one-time" charge a few quarters ago that was in the $Billions? Please send me a check for that amount; after all, it's not very much.

JMHO.
