take a look at EDS and INVN. Two very different companies, but worth DD-ing imho.

Disclosure: no position in EDS, long INVN from about 20...

Why not CISCO ? Even Fred Hickey likes it as a company, but not on valuation basis. Also BRCM would a good candidate if you were to consider Intellectual Property as you do for QCOM.
