The opinion has been dissected and discussed and will continue to be discussed for years. The fact is the USSC wrote an opinion, amply supported by the facts, by precedent and very consistent with prior rulings from the Court. Period. Those who seek to delegitimize this President after a ruling by the USSC in his favor are the worst kind of anti-democratic malcontents. Especially while we have men at risk in Afghanistan.
