Irwin's statement merely confirms that QCOM is one of the best managed companies, looking out for shareholders. In terms of growth prospects, it remains the best long term opportunity available to individual investors.

By the way, did you notice that half of QCOM's book value is cash? And that the shares are selling at about 5 times book value? On that basis, the stock should have a higher PE than Microsoft.
