back at ya mtnlady, so in the CRM war... whose's the gorilla? PSFT and SAP are coming on strong into SEBLs territory. I don't hear much about SEBL where I am (government Partner Relationship Mgt (PRM) at the IRS). With PSFT, SAP, SEBL... what do you think the chances are that this is the market bottom for the CRM/PRM race? And I do think we are still racing abeit slowly these days. PS. I think I have seen some Gartner numbers (on mkt share), but if you ask me to quote them... my frustration level at having to look them up would bust a blood vessel in my head.
