Carl, I think what I meant to say is that just because the foundary business is down doesn't mean that production is down overall. It is possible that some fully integrated semi companies are bringing more production back in house to enhance their margins. As this happens many will have to upgrade their processes. I don't expect significant capacity expansion until the recovery is well underway.
